This blog will be dedicated to showing the accomplishment of our company. We will open a French bakery (Parisian Café) in Hebbal area ( Bangalore ) around the month of May. The idea comes from an Indian business man, Cherian Philip who spent a lot of time abroad. During his journeys in India, he thought that it would be nice to have European bakery products he has discovered abroad. It is from there that he wanted to create a coffee shop based on the bakery products. The final objective is to brand this concept and open several outlets across India.

Ce blog sera dédié à décrire la création d'une boulangerie française (The Parisian Café) à Bangalore (Inde du Sud). Elle ouvrira ses portes à la fin mai, dans le quartier de l'Hebbal. L'idée vient d'un homme d'affaire indien, Cherian Philip qui a longtemps vécu a l'étranger. Lors de ses séjours en Inde, les produits européens et plus particulièrement le pain français lui manquaient. C'est à partir de là qu'il a voulu créer un salon de thé axé autour des produits de boulangerie. Bangalore, de par son essor qui donne lieu à un fort brassage culturel, est apparu comme l’endroit idéal pour lancer ce projet.
